At Maison Close, we strive for your complete satisfaction with our luxury lingerie; however, if you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are unworn, in their original packaging, and with all security tags and hygiene seals intact.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack the items in their original Maison Close box, ensuring all labels and protective liners remain attached to the garments.

Ship the Return

Attach the pre-paid shipping label provided in your portal request to the outside of the package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

Quality Inspection & Refund

Once our atelier receives and inspects your return for quality compliance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
